Request a refund

Use this to request a refund through Apple. Apple manages billing and refunds, so we can’t issue them directly.

  1. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Select “I’d like to” → “Request a refund.”

  3. Choose your reason and tap Next.

  4. Pick the Alarmify subscription and tap Submit.

⚠️ Apple typically rejects requests made more than 14 days after purchase. Eligibility and timing are determined by Apple, and we have no control over that.
